The Service uses artificial intelligence, including but not limited to OpenAI's language models and voice processing technologies, integrated with Twilio's telephony infrastructure.

• Natural language conversation processing
• Information collection and data extraction
• SMS notification delivery
• Real-time voice processing (no permanent recording)
• Multi-business/customer configuration management
• AI-powered conversation handling

2.2 Service Limitations

The Service is provided on an "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Perfect transcription or speech recognition
• Availability of third-party integrations (Twilio, OpenAI)
• Specific uptime percentages unless specified in an enterprise agreement

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age and Capacity

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
